In the beginning process, we schedule an in-person walk-through around the area of the home to be painted with the customer. We then create a detailed proposal with each step by step procedure of work listed, as well as which high quality products are to be used. Then while the work is in taking place, we keep the customer informed as the job progresses all while working efficiently as to allow for the customer's daily routine to remain unaffected. At completion, the job is never complete until the customer is 100% satisfied with the results. I love being able to see a home's transformation as it happens in each step.
